The ticket price includes luggage allowance of: 2 checked bags + 1 piece of hand luggage, with a total weight of up to 40 kg per passenger. Additional luggage is subject to an extra charge.

The arrival time depends on the approved route and border crossing queues.

We operate direct routes with no transfers. However, a vehicle change along the route may occur if required due to objective circumstances or if necessary to optimize the route and travel time.

Stops are made every 3–4 hours, or as needed by passengers.

Seating is generally open. However, we strive to provide the most personalized experience possible for our passengers. Priority for seat selection and confirmation during booking is given to: elderly passengers, people with disabilities or limited mobility, and mothers traveling with young children.

We operate departures from the following cities in Ukraine: Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Zviahel, Rivne, Lutsk, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kalush, Dolyna, Stryi, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil. Additionally, pick-up is possible at any location along the route or with slight deviations — upon individual agreement.
